Customer

The Customer agrees to adhere to these terms as well as the specific terms of the merchant when purchasing products and services through Pro Sunila ry's Internet services.

Ordering

General Terms

Prices displayed on the website include VAT.

We sell products to individuals of legal age and to business customers.

We reserve the right to change prices.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before placing an order.

Cancellations and Changes

Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit beyond what is specified in the ticket contents.

The online service Johku acts solely as a ticket distributor for the event. The event organizer is responsible for the event and any potential cancellations. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and schedule.

Merchant's Right to Cancel Reservation

In the event of force majeure, the organizer (Pro Sunila ry) may cancel the event. Costs incurred by the customer due to force majeure will not be reimbursed. However, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the product's price. If the customer and the merchant fail to reach an agreement, the customer may bring the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board for resolution.

Compensation for Damages

The customer is liable to compensate the Merchant for any damage caused to the venue during the event visit.

The Merchant does not compensate customers for inconvenience or costs resulting from natural conditions such as insects, animals, road conditions, or unexpected weather changes.

Complaints

Any complaints must be made as soon as possible after the issue arises.

The Merchant aims to process complaints as quickly as possible, but no later than within one month.

If the customer and the merchant fail to reach an agreement, the customer may bring the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board for resolution.

Delivery Terms

Formation of Contract

A binding contract of sale comes into effect when the order is confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation).

Order confirmation/payment confirmation is provided to the customer via email.

Cancellation and Return of Purchase

Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

Payment Terms

The Merchant uses reliable and secure payment intermediaries in its services.

The Merchant does not store bank account or credit card information at any stage.

The customer agrees to adhere to the terms of the selected payment method.

If the payment transaction is not successfully completed at the time of ordering, the Merchant will not process the order.
